The general terms and conditions of sale detailed below govern the contractual relationship between the User (hereafter referred to as You) and the Cologne Motors.com company (hereafter referred to as We)

Both parties accept these conditions unreservedly. These general conditions of sale are the only conditions that are applicable and replace all other conditions, except in the case of express, written prior dispensation.

We maintain that, by confirming your order, you unreservedly accept our general conditions of sale, having read them. These Terms and Conditions of Sale are important to you and Cologne Motors.com as they have been designed to protect your rights as a valued customer and to protect our rights as a business and to create an understanding between us.

The terms and services expressed in this document apply to all transactions unless otherwise stated by us.

Buyers can place orders by speaking with a customer service representative via e-mail and/or telephone or directly ordering online using the secured shopping cart system.

Cologne Motors will only accept payments via bank transfer, Western Union, Paypal, Visa or Mastercard. Cologne Motors will provide the buyer as much confidentiality as possible when purchases are made using credit cards and any other such personal information including home address, name, etc.

In the highly unlikely case that any action not limited to credit card fraud should arise, Cologne Motors will not be held accountable. It is the responsibility of the credit card holder to apprise the appropriate authorities, companies, persons, etc. to resolve this matter and Cologne Motors will assist as much as it possibly can.

Cologne Motors reserves the right to cancel any unpaid orders at its discretion after a period of 2 weeks after order placement. Unless otherwise agreed to by both parties, any orders that have not resulted in payment after 2 weeks of order placement are considered cancelled.

Cologne-Motors.com might from time to time, ship your orders from any of our worldwide distribution centers to bring you the best price price. In such case, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country.

Once the product is in your country, apart from shipping charges, you are responsible for any tariffs, customs, duties, or import fees that may apply. This cost is not calculated into the cost your ordered items.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country, states to states, you should contact your local customs office for further information.

However, duties and import tax are only applicable to certain countries. Our carrier will handle all customs clearance work for you and deliver your order right to your doorstep.

When you see the payment sign , you will know that your payment is secure.The name Cologne Motors may appear on your bank account statement.

Please note that if our security department suspects fraud, we have the right to cancel the transaction for security reasons.

We offer different methods of payment.When you pay by credit card, your account will be debited when your order is forwarded, on condition that we have received pre-authorisation for your account. If sufficient funds are not available, your order will not be taken into account.

For payments made on-line by credit card, the “Secure Socket Layer” (SSL) system of security is used, which allows for encrypting your banking information when on the network. Bank transfer payment: Your payment will be processed when your bank transfer is received. Once your payment is received we will dispatch your goods. The processing of off-line payments may take several days.

We allow you 14 working days to return a product. You can return the product within this time period, at your own expense, accompanied by your invoice and a completed and signed return goods voucher.

Please not that we cannot return unsealed tuning-software-packages. Unsealed tuning-software is excluded from returns.

We request that you send us the returns by registered post and that you purchase insurance with the carrier for the value of the products. This is notably necessary should they lose or damage the goods. Shipping fees remain the customer’s responsibility.

The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete working condition (packaging, accessories, user guide etc.).

Any product that has been damaged, or is not in its original packaging, or has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded.

However, if the product does not conform to the product description, shipping fees will be reimbursed to the customer.

Except as indicated these products are not approved by Porsche®. Unapproved Parts may alter warranty, aerodynamics or emissions.

The oil consumption may be higher after an engine performance increase.

The customer is responsible to make sure that the tuning solutions are allowed on national roads or get an approval from local traffic authorities. The customer is also responsible to make sure that the changes of the the vehicle are covered by the vehicles insurance policy.

Place of delivery is Cologne

If the customer is a consumer, area of jurisdiction is Cologne . This applies also to disputes in the document, change and cheque process. We are however entitled to sue the customer also at its domicile court.

Final clauses

Special agreements, warranties, changes or additions of these conditions or the contract require writing and must be expressly characterized as such.

To all requirements from the contract applies excluding the right of the Federal Republic of Germany under exclusion of the UN-Buyrights.

If particulars of these conditions should not be futile or ineffective or accomplish between us and the customer by agreement, then the validity of the remaining regulations is not affected. The same applies in the case of a regulation gap. In place of the ineffective or impracticable regulation or for filling out the regulation gap the parties will find a regulation, which becomes earliest fair the economic purpose of the regulation which can be replaced in legally permissible way.
